PEACHY PIZZA
 

Preheat oven at 375 degrees F.
Sift:
• 1 3/4 C sifted flour
• 1 1/2 T baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• Dash of nutmeg


Add:
• 4 T butter or margarine cutting till crumbly.

Add:
• 1/4 C milk
• 1 egg and mix, then add to flour mixture.

Stir to form a soft dough. Place it in a 13” pizza pan spread evenly over the bottom and somewhat up the sides.

For Filling: combine:
• 3 C sliced MLF Peaches
• 1-3 oz package of Peach Gelatin
• 1/4 t Almond Extract till all the gelatin is moist.

Then spread over the dough with MLF peaches reaching out to the edges.

For Topping, mix:
• 1/3 C White Sugar
• 1/3 C Brown Sugar
• 1/3 C Flour
• 1/3 C Oatmeal.

Cut in:
• 4 Tbs. Butter or margarine.


Add
• 1/3 Cup of Slivered Almonds.

Sprinkle over filling.

Bake. 35-40 minutes. Serves 8.
