Cherry Parfaits
Seed 1 quart dark MLF sweet cherries.
Spoon a few into the bottom of tall parfait glasses.
Drizzle Hershey chocolate syrup over top mixture.
Add a full scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Repeat with cherries, chocolate syrup, ice cream as many times as necessary
to reach the top of the parfait. Finish off with a full scoop of ice cream. Top
with a single cherry and serve.
You can prepare everything ahead and keep in the freezer until 15 minutes
before serving time if you wish. Remove from freezer and serve.
