Cherry Cheese Pizza

Use pastry for a 2 crust 9 inch pie, or make Mom's Idiot Proof Pie crust mix from the peach page.
Roll and put in pizza pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350oF.

Blend:
1, 8 oz. package cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. Vanilla
Pour in crust and bake 10 minutes more.

Cool and spread with 42 oz. Cherry pie filling and top with whipped cream.

If you wish to make your own pie filling, seed 2 quarts of MLF sour cherries. Add 1/2-3/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour allowing the cherries to sit a while and absorb the dry ingredients. Then proceed with the recipe.
