Storage
2-2.5 lbs. = 1 quart canned or 2 pints frozen
3-4 cups sour MLF cherries make 1 9"x9" deep-dish pie
1 bushel = 56 pounds of MLF cherries, but they would squish on the bottom!
Picking
We provide 1 gallon corrugated boxes with a handle for your
picking, but on rainy days, please bring plastic or metal containers and
weigh them on your way to the orchard.
